Description

This advanced composite formulation features polyvinylpyrrolidone modified liposomes (PVP-modified liposomes). The structural framework consists of a high-purity phospholipid vesicle core whose exterior surface is integrated with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) polymer chains linked via polymer-lipid anchors or physical surface adsorption. This non-ionic surface modification alters the surface hydration parameters, modifies membrane curvature, and establishes a dense hydrophilic steric layer around the lipid headgroups, which provides high colloidal stability and completely prevents physical vesicle aggregation in open aqueous media.
