It is a recombinant E. coli K12 L-rhamnose isomerase. This product can be used to study the mode of action of the enzyme and its potential inhibitors, and can also be used as a glycoengineering tool to produce glycan in vitro.

>95%, determined by SDS-PAGE.
Unit Definition
One unit will catalyze the formation of 1 μmol of L-rhamunose
from L-rhamnose in one minute at 37°C.
