Description
It is a recombinant E. coli K12 L-rhamunose kinase. This product can be used to study the mode of action of the enzyme and its potential inhibitors, and can also be used as a glycoengineering tool to produce glycan in vitro.
Unit Definition
One unit will catalyze the formation of 1 μmol of L-rhamunose -1-phosphate from L-rhamunose and ATP in one minute at 37°C.
