Description
It is a recombinant E. coli O157:H7 fructose 1,6-bisphosphate aldolase. This product can be used to study the mode of action of the enzyme and its potential inhibitors, and can also be used as a glycoengineering tool to modify glycan in vitro.

One unit will catalyze the release of 1 μmol of pyrophosphate in one minute at 37°C.
