Description
It is a recombinant E. coli O55:H7 β1,3-galactosyltransferase. This product can be used to study the mode of action of the enzyme and its potential inhibitors, and can also be used as a glycoengineering tool to modify glycoprotein&glycan in vitro.

One unit will catalyze the formation of 1 μmol Galβ(1-3)GlcNAc from GlcNAcand UDP-Gal in one minute at 37°C.
