Description
It is a recombinant Helicobacter mustelae α1,3-N-acetylgalactosaminyltransferase produced in E. coli. This product can be used to study the mode of action of the enzyme and its potential inhibitors, and can also be used as a glycoengineering tool to modify glycoprotein&glycan in vitro.

One unit will catalyze the formation of 1 μmol Gal NAcα(1-3)FucGalβ(1-4)GlcβOR from Fucα(1-2)Galβ(1-4)GlcβOR and UDP-GalNAc in one minute at 37°C.
