Description
It is an recombinant Helicobacter pvlori α1,3-fucosyltransferase (α1,3FucT) produced in E. coli. This product can be used to study the mode of action of the enzyme and its potential inhibitors, and can also be used as a glycoengineering tool to modify glycoproteins in vitro.

>95%, determined by SDS-PAGE.

One unit will catalyze the transfer of 1 μmol Fuc from GDP-Fuc to acceptor per minute at 37°C.
