Description
It is a recombinant Helicobacter pylori α-1,3/4-fucosyltransferase produced in E. coli. This product can be used to study the mode of action of the enzyme and its potential inhibitors, and can also be used as a glycoengineering tool to modify glycan in vitro.

>95%, determined by SDS-PAGE.

One unit will catalyze the release of 1 μmol of Fuc from GDP-Fuc in one minute at 37°C.
