Description
It is an recombinant Neisseria meningitides β1,3-N-acetylhexaminyltransferase (LgtA) produced in E. coli. This product can be used to study the mode of action of the enzyme and its potential inhibitors, and can also be used as a glycoengineering tool to modify glycoproteins in vitro.
