Description

This product features recombinant L-asparaginase empty proliposomes formulated as a dry particulate solid precursor matrix. The product structure consists of a microcrystalline polyol carrier coated with a uniform layer of dehydrated helper lipids designed for subsequent protein loading. This dry configuration maintains high physical stability and prevents lipid hydrolysis during storage before the addition of the active enzyme. Upon rehydration with a solution containing recombinant L-asparaginase, the components spontaneously self-assemble into enzyme-loaded liposomal vesicles.
