Description

This advanced composite tracking formulation features rhodamine B labeled TMC602 coated liposomes. The structural framework consists of a high-purity phospholipid vesicle core encapsulating a model cargo, whose exterior boundary is enveloped by an electrostatically bound outer layer of the modified polysaccharide polymer TMC602 that has been fluorescently tagged with rhodamine B. This polymer surface modification introduces a highly controlled surface charge typography and stable red fluorescent tracking parameters, shielding the lipid core and preventing physical vesicle aggregation in open laboratory media.
