Self-heal is a herbaceous plant in the mint family Lamiaceae. Phytochemicals include betulinic acid, D-camphor, D-fenchone, cyanidin, delphinidin, hyperoside, manganese, lauric acid, oleanolic acid, rosmarinic acid, myristic acid, rutin, linoleic acid, ursolic acid, beta-sitosterol, lupeol, and tannins.
Selfheal extract was extracted from the fruit cluster of Prunella vulgaris. It has the functions of anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory. This product can be used in the research of health care products.
