Sequencing-grade β-(1-2,3,4,6)-hexosaminidase from jack bean is an exoglycosidase and releases nonreducing terminal β(1-2,3,4,6)-linked N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) and N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) residues.
