Description
Styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) heavy-metal adsorption membranes are elastomeric fibrous networks. The composition consists of SBS block copolymers that have been functionalized with ion-capturing groups to allow for metal chelation. The structure is highly elastic, allowing the membrane to maintain its filtration performance even under significant mechanical deformation.
