Description

This product features teniposide long-circulating cationic liposomes formulated with a multi-functional lipid bilayer matrix. The vesicle structure incorporates a high proportion of synthetic cationic lipids to provide a strongly positive surface charge profile alongside polyethylene glycol-modified lipids for steric stabilization. The hydrophobic podophyllotoxin derivative teniposide is deeply embedded within the hydrocarbon core of the lipid shell. This structural configuration prevents vesicle aggregation and controls the passive release behavior of the drug.
