Description
Topotecan hydrochloride is a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor and induces rapid apoptotic death in human B-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cells. It improves survival in three mouse models of poor prognosis ALL and downregulates B-Myb and MycN expression in neuroblastoma cells. This product can be used as a precursor research for pharmaceuticals and personal care products.
