Properties
Description
Lentinan-tetrazine, known as TZ-lentinan, forms an advanced molecular fusion combining the immune-adjusting β-1,3-1,6-glucan lentinan with TZ. The synthesized structure employs lentinan's triple-coil configuration and anti-tumor properties via thymic-mediated immunological activation processes.
Glycan Structure
Its glycan structure is a β-(1→3)-linked d-glucose backbone with β-(1→6)-glucosyl side branches.

Chemical synthesis
Impurities
No visible impurities to the naked eye.
Solubility
This product is soluble in most organic solvents, such as DCM, DMF, DMSO, and THF, and exhibits excellent solubility in water.
Identity
Confirmed by NMR.
Applications
Lentinan-tetrazine can be used for its potential to apply tetrazine ligation for bioorthogonal labeling of polysaccharide structures in live-cell imaging.
