Lentinan-PEG-YIGSR, called YIGSR-lentinan, develops a laminin-derived peptide conjugate through polyethylene glycol spacers linking adhesion motifs to lentinan's polysaccharide chains. This basement membrane-targeting hybrid maintains helical conformation while inhibiting tumor cell migration.
