Description
These inorganic nanoparticles are synthesized with an intrinsically mesoporous copper sulfide (CuS) framework, allowing high-capacity adsorption of doxorubicin (DOX) within the crystalline cavities. The CuS carrier possesses strong near-infrared d-d band transition absorption, generating localized heat upon NIR light exposure to modulate DOX diffusion.
