KW-2449, soluble in DMSO and ethanol and insoluble in water, is a protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor that has shown potent biochemical activity against FGFR. It targets Abl (T315I), FLT3, FLT3, Aurora A, FGFR1, FLT3 (D835Y), JAK2, Kit, PDGFRα, and Src.
