Description
Dioclea grandiflora lectin (DGL) specially binds to Mannose, Glucose and core trimannoside moiety. Inhibiting or Eluting Sugar: 3,6-Di-o-(α-man)-α-man, Mannose or Glucose. This product can be used in glycobiology, immunochemistry, immunofluorescence, western blot, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and affinity chromatography.
