N-Glycanase (PNGase F) from Elizabethkingia meningoseptica, ≥2.5 U/mL is an endonuclease and releases intact N-glycans by cleaving between the innermost GlcNAc and Asn.

One unit will catalyze the release of N-linked oligosaccharides from 1 μmole of denatured ribonuclease B per minute at pH 7.5 at 37°C.
