Oligosaccharide GT1c at CD BioGlyco is a powder product with a purity of >90%, which comprises a tetrasaccharide core (Gal1,3GalNAc1,4Gal1,4Glc) with three sialic acid residues (NeuAc) connected α2,8/α2,8/α2,3 to the inner galactose residue.
Applications
Oligosaccharide GT1c can be used to study its role in cell signaling and interactions with cellular receptors. Additionally, GT1c also can be used as a reference standard in analytical chemistry and mass spectrometry.
