Results: This literature focuses on the study of glyconanoparticles as a peptide drug delivery system and explores their ability to protect peptides from degradation by proteolytic enzymes in plasma. The researchers designed experiments to evaluate the protective effect of the glyconanoparticle delivery system on peptide drugs, including the preparation of glyconanoparticles, loading of peptide drugs, and evaluation of their stability in plasma. The experimental results showed that the glyconanoparticles delivery system significantly improved the stability of peptides in plasma and reduced their degradation by proteolytic enzymes.
