Applications

This product contains low levels of buffer salts. The highly purified material can be used for deglycosylation or for analytical applications in gels, solutions or blotting membranes. It can be removed by using its C-terminal 6x histidine fusion tag. It has been used for the deglycosylation of human plasma samples and chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans.
