ONX 0912, soluble in DMSO and insoluble in ethanol and water, interferes with the proteasome’s ability to degrade proteins, thereby disrupting cellular processes in cancer cells, particularly multiple myeloma. It targets 20S proteasome β5 and 20S proteasome LMP7.
