Description
Recombinant Clostridium cellulovorans β-mannanase 5A produced by Escherichia coli, is responsible for the enzymatic cleavage of β-1,4-mannans and plays a key role in the germination of seeds and microbial hemicellulose degradation.

Applications
Recombinant Clostridium cellulovorans β-mannanase 5A can be used in industrial and consumer production. It has the ability to hydrolyze galactomannans, glucomannans, gum, locust bean gum, and β-mannans.
