Description

This advanced composite material comprises a high-surface-area two-dimensional graphitic carbon nitride (g-C₃N₄) sheet network decorated with crystalline silver (Ag) nanoparticles. The layered carbon nitride framework prevents silver nanoparticle aggregation, while the anchored silver particles introduce distinct noble-metal plasmonic characteristics and improved electronic charge separation over the semiconducting carbon facets. This composition displays excellent electrical conductivity paired with high electrocatalytic surface areas.
