Description

These acrylamide modified water-soluble upconverting nanoparticles (UCNPs) are surface-functionalized with polymerizable acrylamide groups. This modification enables the nanoparticles to be integrated directly into hydrogels or other polymer networks through radical polymerization. The particles maintain their high upconversion efficiency and water solubility before and after polymerization.
