Description
These amine modified NaY(Gd/Lu/Nd):Yb,Tm@NaYF4:Yb,Nd upconverting nanoparticles (UCNPs) possess a surface layer decorated with primary amine groups for versatile chemical reactivity. The core-shell structure is engineered to convert 808 nm light into blue luminescence via an efficient ytterbium-neodymium energy bridge. The amine functionalization facilitates the covalent attachment of various laboratory reagents through succinimidyl ester or other amine-reactive chemistries.
