AP24534, soluble in DMSO and insoluble in ethanol and water, is a protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor that has shown potent biochemical activity against FGFR. It targets PDGFRα, VEGFR2, Abl, Aurora A, c-Kit, c-Src, CDK2/CyclinE, FGFR1, IGF-1R, and Insulin receptor.
