Description
GF 109203X, soluble in DMSO and insoluble in water and ethanol, blocks the function of Smad proteins in the TGF-β signaling pathway. It targets PKCα, PKCβ1, EGFR, insulin receptor, PDGFR, PKCβ2, and PKCγ.
