CK-636, soluble in DMSO and ethanol and insoluble in water, is an effective cytoskeleton inhibitor, that has the ability to prevent the pathway of cytoskeletal signaling by inhibiting microtubule/tubulin. It targets the Bovine Arp2/3 complex, fission yeast Arp2/3 complex, and human Arp2/3 complex.
