Recombinant Escherichia coli UDP-acetylglucosamine deacetylase 11A2 produced by Escherichia coli, functions as an enzyme produced in Escherichia coli. It hydrolyzes the acetyl group of GlcNAc-6-P, producing glucosamine 6-phosphate and acetate.
