Ripasudil, soluble in DMSO, ethanol and water, selectively inhibits the phosphorylation activity of ROCK, which is involved in various cellular processes. It targets ROCK1, and ROCK2.
Ripasudil can be used in the study of corneal endothelial dysfunction, a condition characterized by a decrease in the number or function of endothelial cells in the cornea.
