Description
These silica (SiO2) coated sodium yttrium (gadolinium/lutetium/neodymium):ytterbium,erbium,neodymium@sodium yttrium fluoride:ytterbium,neodymium upconverting nanoparticles (UCNPs) feature an amorphous silica shell surrounding a multi-doped core-shell structure. The silica layer provides a chemically inert and physically robust barrier that enhances the stability of the fluoride core in harsh chemical environments. The underlying core-shell design is specifically engineered for efficient energy transfer and minimized non-radiative loss.
