Description
These silica (SiO2) coated NaY(Gd/Lu/Nd):Yb,Tm@NaYF4:Yb,Nd upconverting nanoparticles (UCNPs) feature an amorphous silica shell surrounding a blue-emitting core-shell structure. The silica coating provides a robust and chemically inert barrier that protects the fluoride core from environmental quenching. The internal core-shell design is specifically engineered for efficient 808 nm-excited blue upconversion luminescence.
