Description
These transferrin modified sodium yttrium fluoride ytterbium erbium at sodium yttrium fluoride ytterbium neodymium (NaYF4,Yb,Er@NaYF4,Yb,Nd) core-shell upconversion nanoparticles (core-shell UCNPs) feature a complex multi-layered architecture for optimized luminescence. The composition includes a neodymium-sensitized shell that allows for efficient excitation at 808 nm, which is further modified with a transferrin surface layer. The structure is designed to offer high brightness and reduced thermal effects in sensitive material environments.
