CYC116, soluble in warmed DMSO and insoluble in water and ethanol, is a protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor that has shown potent biochemical activity against VEGFR. It targets Aurora B, VEGFR2, Abl, Akt, AuroraA, CaMKII, CDK1/CyclinB, CDK1/CyclinB, CDK1/CyclinB, CDK7/CyclinH, and CDK9/CyclinT.
